Especially for Medical Interns posted in Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology & Orthopedic who wake up early morning for blood collection in wards

EARLY to bed, LATE to rise, makes an Intern healthy, wealthy and wise: Due to our inappropriate canteen food habits and shameful lifestyle, we are not able to get a good night’s sleep. Getting up early in the morning is not good for health, as the body’s system gets perturbed. Interns require at least 8 hours of sleep whereas Medical students require 10 hours….So let your Houseman suffer !!!
